Problem recording the jobs in to the database

Hi team,  Anyone can give some hint about this problem?

I started the service propertly but the monitor not copy anything in to the database.

I get the log and get this messages:

Check the database named in the printer monitoring service configuration file exists and is accessible to the account running the printer monitoring service.
