Table difference on Azure?

I noticed a few differences in PM service code using azure namely procedure calls now have client Id as a parameter and the Printers table has a new column:
        If (Settings.ReadSettingsFromAzure) Then
            sSQL = sSQL & " AND [Client Id] = '" & My.Settings.ClientId.ToString() & "'"
        End If 
Maybe i missed something in the documentation but was there a new SQL script to create tables & procs etc on Azure?

I don't have scripts for this - but actually this project should be moved to use Entity Framework (this would take care of the database version control too)

I'll add a work item.

Can you provide a snippet of code of the add/update procedures changed because of the new Client GUID column?

Finally getting around to play with Azure but with a learning curve!

Another question, the client Id value in the XML file, is this linked to the Azure installation you coded the sample with or is this value generic for any to use?
