SQL-Azure version

It is possible to use SQL Azure as the back end for this with some minor changes (Azure does not support tables without a clustered index and concepts such as hostname() but no deal breakers) so I will put together a "PrinterEventListener" and "PrintJobListener" class to do that as well. 

Ping me if you want early access/info on this.

Didn’t know what SQL –Azure was but now I have done some reading and it sounds very interesting.

Sounds really great if this can be done. And you can.

Have uploaded the source code for the latest PrintMonitorService - with SQL Azure compatability.
